Where do i find a plain white cotton dress for a child to put puffy paint on and make into a birthday dress? - first birthday dress
My cousin, 4 years, this cute white shirt / cotton dress like a cake and say: Happy Birthday especially fact-painted relief. Well, the dress is way too small for them, and it was homemade. I've been looking online trying to find another dress like this and can not find one,. Who knows or have an idea where to find?

Michael or Joann just have white sweatshirts and you can buy fabric to sew around the bottom of a flounced skirt to make. I think both take-off of the lower band and / or the reader's hand sewn to a seam in which it is attached.
You may have to use something to decorate. Puff paint seems to go out of fashion. I remember it was something that you have in the 80s.
