Your question is confusing. The empowerment and marriage are two different things. My husband is deployed, and have power over him. There is a separate form to be filled. Each office of the Army JAG is in this form. They are very familiar with it, because most women get encouraged to use before their husbands are POA. However, if you hear a person can get married by POA, then there is absolutely nothing. POA and marriage are two different things. And the collection of Poa is not automatic. You need to fill the newspapers with the Army JAG. Help.
